One of my favorite parts of the Ohio Cannabis Health & Business Summit was honestly the TEAM. 🌿✨

Our crew was an incredible group of women + Howie 😂💚. We brought different backgrounds, personalities and strengths, but shared the same goal: educate, support each other and represent a product we genuinely believe in.

And when I say this team was KIND, I mean genuinely kind. No competition. No egos. Just people jumping in, sharing knowledge, hyping each other up and making sure everyone felt supported.

Mexico definitely humbled me 😅🌿

I ended up getting E. coli while traveling and the recovery process has reminded me just how important it is to slow down and truly support the body instead of fighting against it.

Over the last couple weeks I’ve been focusing deeply on nourishment, rest, and gentle healing practices:
• probiotic-rich foods + supplements
• simple grounding meals
• hydration + minerals
• food as medicine
• ionic foot detoxes
• nervous system regulation
• giving my body actual time to heal

Healing hasn’t looked glamorous. It’s looked like listening to my body, simplifying, and rebuilding my gut health one day at a time.

As someone who works in holistic wellness, moments like this are also humbling reminders that health is never about perfection. It’s about learning how to support yourself with compassion when your body asks for help.

The body wants to heal when we create the right environment for it 🤍

Mexico City styled me as much as I styled myself.

There’s something about Mexico City that invites you to show up fully… bold, expressive, layered. The architecture alone feels like a masterclass in contrast. Ornate colonial facades next to sleek modern lines, volcanic stone, soft pinks, deep greens, and sun-washed neutrals. Every corner felt like a mood board I could step into.

I found myself dressing with the city…
flowy silhouettes against structured buildings,
earth tones mirroring the stone and streets,
a little more color, a little more play.

And the food… Every meal felt intentional. Fresh, vibrant, alive. From street tacos to tucked-away cafés, everything carried flavor and soul. It reminded me that nourishment is an experience, not just a necessity.

But what really stayed with me was the people.
Warm. Kind. Present. There’s an ease in the way people move, interact, exist together. It softens you. Opens you. Makes you want to meet the world with that same energy.

Mexico City isn’t just a place you visit… it’s a place that reflects you back to yourself, just a little more alive, a little more expressed.

And honestly?
I’ll be carrying her style with me for a while ❤️‍🔥

We will be gathering this Thursday at to honor and celebrate the life of my dear friend and soul sister.

I will miss this woman so deeply… we spent so much time together. We learned so much with and from each other. I’ll miss our hours-long phone calls, the laughter, the hugs, and all the moments we shared.

My heart is so full after this weekend’s Psychic Fair ✨

There’s something so powerful about being in a space where everyone is open, curious, and ready to receive. I’m so grateful to have shared energy work, connected with so many beautiful souls, and witnessed real moments of clarity, release, and transformation.

Community like this is everything. The conversations, the laughter, the healing… it reminds me why I do this work 🤍
