Finances and health are deeply interconnected, and finding a balance between the two is crucial - not a choice. Good health is vital for financial prosperity, and economic security can significantly impact one's ability to maintain it. The priority should be a holistic approach that integrates both. I think Iāve done pretty well, but aging in life still happens. š
Good health is necessary for working, earning, and managing money and wealth, as it allows you to enjoy life and pursue goals. Poor health can lead to lost income from missed work, increased medical expenses, or poor money management. Financial stress is a significant cause of poor mental and physical health.
Prevention is key: investing time, energy, and money in preventive healthcare is a good investment.
