Given the holiday season and everything that goes with it... we have decided that we will not be doing ANY of our live classes until the first of the year. Interest in our program has not taken off as planned and we can not afford the time to continue to attempt classes that do not happen. In light of this though.... We will be showcasing what we have to offer in weekly online live classes. We will make a post on these pages and on our webpage that shows what we will be cooking and what items we will be using. This allows you guys to buy the meat, veggies and seasonings to follow right along at home if you wish. These classes will be free of charge in the month of December and we invite you to be interactive as we will have discussion boards and maybe even some free give-a-ways. Stay tuned for more info and if we don't hear from ya, HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!

Due to lack participation we are canceling the classes that are scheduled leading up to Thanksgiving. We will resume classes after the holiday. The holidays are filled with Joy, Hope, and Love... Also Dirty Dishes, Burnt Food, Disaster of a Kitchen, and guests that were not really "Wowed"..

Well we are here to help. Coming soon will be our Holiday Prep Class. Learn the advantages of a brine, seasonings proteins, the secret behind beautiful mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes people will actually want to eat, and of course... the gravy. Understand Mise en Place and combined cookery.

Class dates coming soon. Message or comment with interest so we can plan out the number of classes.

Oh, and, we provide the Turkey!!

Culinary Adventures in the kitchen brought to you by Chef Nathan Dahl of ugly Graffiti.

Fresh Ideas Kitchen is all about the experience that is cooking. The joy, the turmoil, the laughs, the love. Students will learn things such as culinary basics, advanced techniques, protein prep, understanding fad diets, Vegetable cookery, food and wine pairing, taste vs flavor, 30 minute meals, cooking with loved ones (or those that you can stand for a couple of hours), and anything else that can be consumed. Follow us, share, like and stay tuned for upcoming class dates.
