UPDATED Back to School Bash Schedule:
Monday, July 27: Tomah/Sparta Area JOM at HCN Community Center from 5 - 7pm
Tuesday, July 28: Baraboo/Dells Area JOM at House of Wellness from 5 - 7pm
Wednesday, July 29: Nekoosa/Wisconsin Rapids/Stevens Point Area JOM at Ceexhaci Community Center from 5 - 7pm
Thursday, July 30: Black River Falls Area JOM at D1CC (Youth Services) from 5 - 7pm
Monday, August 3: Dane County JOM at Tejope Hocira from 5 - 7pm
Tuesday, August 4: Wittenberg Area JOM at Siga Funmaker Center from 12 - 2pm
Eau Claire Area JOM at Memorial HS (Eau Claire) from 5-7pm
*All students must be eligible to register with JOM to receive the backpacks and supplies. All supplies will be provided based on each school's supply list.
** If you have not provided proof of enrollment with a federally recognized tribe, or proof of descendancy, we must have it before providing the school supplies and backpacks.
*** Each student must be a member of a federally recognized tribe, or the child or grandchild of a federally recognized tribe. We will need proof of enrollment, as well as birth certificates of students (if parent is enrolled) and student and parent (if grandparent is enrolled). NO EXCEPTIONS
