Amaranth aka pigs w**d

A good source of vitamins a/k/c and various minerals. Amaranth is also high in oxalates and other. Compounds that bind to calcium and iron

The leaves are great as a steamed/boiled food, the water should be returned to the earth.

The seeds are abundant and best boiled or sprouted before eating.

This plant is said to out-compete common crops so this would be a good food crop for humans and as m grazing animals, the abundant seed can also be added to bird feed

RoseBay Is a evergreen shrub.

This shrubs is considered toxic, the effects include weakening of the cardiovasculat, neurological and muscular systems. I presume low dosage would aid people who suffer from overactivity of those systems however more information is needed before using this plant medicinally.

Mad honey is created by the nectar from this plant.

Saying protein is like saying fruit.
There are many types. the Human body doesnt use protein like keratin, collagen, or myosin

The body has to break proteins into amino acids or similar compounds and then use it..

I compare it to needing screws and instead of grabbing a box of screws you grab a couch and take it apart. Some of the screws will be damaged and you may not have everything you need to build what you were building

In this case Building muscle, hair, regeneration or joint and ligament tissues etc.

Animal meat is the couch. The building compounds have already been used. There's some use for it but over all you will end up with more scrap than useful material.

Fruits and vegetables are containers of building materials, there will be some scrap left but at the end of the day you will build what was necessary if you ate enough.

This is why I don't eat much meat maybe a taste here n there and I encourage others to leave meat alone it causes more back up in the bodies garbage system than necessary

With all the talk of plastics causing an imbalance of hormones, principally causing high estrogen like effects the chaste/vitex tree is vital in balancing that effect by promoting progesterone synthesis in the body.
Cow Milk also causes a similar condition of high estrogen like effects.

Those who have high estrogen symptoms(moodiness, low libido, weight gain, breast tissue in men, menstruation changes, energy and cognitive issues) may benefit from the use of vitex/chaste berry/leaf

If you have liver issues, are pregnant, breastfeeding, have low estrogen symptoms(usually caused by ailments of the female sexual organs) avoid vitex as hormonal fluctuations may occur causing more symptoms.

If you want it I got it in limited supply

The body shivers to warm up. When humans get "fevers" our body is causing the heat.

To fix the ailments we can take hot herbs, garlic, ginger, basil, oregano, chili.
Or we can keep our bodies at an elevated temperature so its energy can be focused on the next step after heating itself.

I think cooling the body that's burning energy to stay warm exacerbates the issue.
Keeping in mind the body is burning energy it makes sense the body doesn't send out hunger hormones because the digestive system takes large amounts of energy.
What we should be focused on is helping the body detox through breath, urine, sweat or defecation and keeping the body hydrated and its minerals balanced.
We essentially inhibit our immune system by taking drugs that break our fever yes it may cause us to be well, however, I doubt that method is strengthening the immune system.

Beta-Carrotene
An antioxidant that gives plants their yellow-orange color. Anti-oxidants prevent oxidation in our body. Excess Oxidation causes aging and illness. When we consume Beta-Carotene is a precursor for Vitamin A.z Vitamin A is needed for healthy skin, eyes, mucous membranes. We should not take beta-carotene supplements because supplements may raise our levels to high causing damage, we should consume beta-carotene from it's source food.
