owth of all children. Our partnership with parents in guiding their children to reach their full potential as God’s children is critically important to our mission. AND GUIDING PRINCIPLES To guide the mission of Grow With Us Child Center in providing quality Christian child care for families of our community, the following principles govern all involved in the operation of our center: • We consider each child to be a gift from God and, therefore, caregivers continually seek to nurture the child and support the parent. • We believe that it is essential to provide a safe and healthy environment for children, parents, and staff. • We strive to provide developmentally and age-appropriate activities for the physical, emotional, and intellectual growth of each child. • As a ministry, we present and practice Christian values through faith-modeling, prayers, songs, Bible stories, and special events. • We believe that we must have a professional staff that works together as a cohesive team by cooperating, communicating, and supporting each other to achieve individual and mutual goals. • In support of our staff, we provide for and encourage continual development and evaluation for their professional and personal growth and for sustained quality in our child center. • We will continually strive not only to meet, but to exceed the criteria for a licensed and accredited agency wherever possible.

Happy Week of the young Child & Ressurrection of our Savior! We had such a fun week celebrating your child and Jesus and how much he loved us! Check out all our activities:)

Monday: our Volunteer Debbie sang Easter songs and the kiddos made music instruments

Tuesday: Miss Hattie and Miss Jenny helped the kiddos creat edible Easter eggs

Wednesday: everyone worked together to plant our Class Garden seedlings!

Hello Friends and Families! As we enter the weekend cold weather; we wanted to share some fun photos to warm your hearts! Our friends have been busy! Miss Meredith’s PreK kids are busy inviting a new ”chia” pet into their classroom! Miss Hattie’s Todd friends are busy exploring sensory activities: snow and bubbles! We are so happy to Welcome Miss Mya to our assistant teacher team:) On our No-school day we took the whole center to the park 🙂 winter Wisconsin may be cold, but it sure is fun!

Job description
Grow With Us Child Center is Growing!:) We are looking to hire a lead infant teacher at our Black Creek, WI location to snuggle those cute babies! We are hiring qualified lead teachers, experienced assistant teachers, and individuals that do not have formal experience, but have a passion for working with children. We love our work with children here at Grow With Us and have a great team; come join us! On the job training provided; as well as coursework study time as needed. Infant & Toddler credentials preferred. Please email with your resume to apply. Rate of pay negotiable based on experience.

Responsibilities for Infant Teacher

-Provide a safe and loving environment for the infants in his/her care
-Nurture and enhance the spiritual, physical, socio-emotional and cognitive development of infants & babies
-Give bottles to infants as provided by parents
-Implement Curriculum & Assessment based on Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards
-Feed infants' solid foods as age appropriate and provided by parents
-Change diapers as needed
-Soothe infants by singing to and cuddling them
-Supervise infants on the floor as they play with age appropriate toys
-Put infants in cribs for nap time
-Ensure play, sleep and changing areas are kept clean

Qualifications for Infant Teacher

-Completion of the Early Childhood courses as designed by the state Child Care authority
-Meet annual professional development requirements, per state regulations
-Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
-Caring individual who enjoys teaching young children
-Able to lift up to 30 pounds
-Extended periods of time sitting on the floor
-Ability to work a shift in between 6:00 am to 530PM
-Reliable transportation to the Child Care center
-Great customer service skills to communicate effectively with parents

We hope you’re enjoying this beautiful snowy day! Here are some of the fun adventures we’ve been up to!

This month is all about winter:). Our friends have been busy exploring snow; reading and making frosty the snowman ☃️ , and learning about polar animals!

I can’t wait to see what winter activities we explore next!
