Shanna Dietz is returning for her second year as our music teacher. Her joyful spirit and caring heart make music time fun, engaging, and filled with God’s truth!

Nancy Wagoner is our new Spanish teacher. She has worked in Christian education for over 15 years in the US and Mexico. We are excited to welcome her to the ELC!

Stephenie Shepherd is returning for her third year as our Motor Lab teacher! Her experience in occupational therapy provides children with activities that encourage gross and fine motor development.

We are excited to add two Floaters to our team this year!

Jenae Carter is a proud mom to a little boy, and she truly loves working with children. Through many years of coaching young gymnasts, she’s enjoyed helping kids learn, grow, and celebrate their accomplishments. She is passionate about creating a positive, nurturing environment where children can thrive and learn about Jesus’s love for them.

Abbey McDaniel has a two-year-old daughter and another baby on the way. She loves spending time with her family and doing anything outdoors. She is looking forward to starting at Evergreen and watching the kids learn something new every day!

Introducing our Grasshoppers (four-year-olds) class teachers!

Kim Nabb, lead, believes early childhood is a special time for building confidence, kindness, and a love of learning. She comes to us with a wealth of experience (18 joyful years teaching preschool!), and we're so excited she's part of the ELC team this year.

Lisa Lacktis, assistant, has been part of the ELC family as a substitute since we opened, and we’re thrilled to have her join our team this year. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Christian Counseling.

We have grown and are excited to have two four-year-old classes this year!

Our Crickets class welcomes Michelle Taylor as the lead. Michelle is a devoted mom of four with an elementary education certification and a deep passion for learning and teaching. With a strong faith in God and a servant’s heart, Michelle leads with wisdom and compassion while seeking to nurture the next generation.

Rachel Chronister assisted in one of our three-year-old classes last year, and we're happy to welcome her back! Rachel brings many years’ experience teaching. She holds an elementary teaching degree and a master’s degree as an Elementary Counselor. Her greatest joy is being able to talk about Jesus with the children.

We are grateful for our teaching team in the Dragonflies (three-year-olds) class this year!

Anna Wilson, lead teacher, holds a degree in Early Childhood and Special Education, taught Pre-K for five years, and is back for her second year with the ELC! She is patient, fun, and passionate about helping each child grow and thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.

Claire Murray has a deep love and passion for children and teaching them about God. She comes with a solid background in childcare and interning in preschool & children’s ministries, including formerly being a sub at the ELC. We're excited she's back!

The Butterflies (three-year-olds) class is led by Aubrey Baze with Brielle Rockwell assisting. This is their second year as a team and we are so grateful for each of them!

Aubrey leads her class with love and a genuine excitement for learning. Her thoughtful care for each child helps create a welcoming classroom where children feel loved, valued, and ready to have fun!

Brielle has a heartfelt passion for serving children and brings years of experience from serving at Evergreen Preschool and growing up as the second of seven children. She is excited to help children understand the love of Jesus while supporting their growth in a loving environment.

Natasha West is the lead for our Moths (two-year-olds) class this year. She has worked in early childhood education for over 10 years, nurturing and providing a Christ-focused, peaceful environment for little ones to be loved on.

Kari Wildermuth is new to our team, but not to Evergreen! She has served with 2-year-olds in Sunday School and Awana Puggles for several years, bringing her experience and love for young children to our preschool.

We are thrilled to welcome Debra Olson back for another year in the Bumblebees (two-year-olds) class! She holds a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and has dedicated her life to teaching young children. Her calm wisdom is the perfect fit for the busy twos!

Sydney Coursey is joining us this year as an assistant. As a mom of three, she is excited to teach little ones about Jesus while helping them learn, grow, and thrive each day. Welcome to the team, Sydney!
