We are proud to celebrate Carmen Hoffner of Will-Moore Elementary for being named the 2026 North Dakota Geography Teacher of the Year! 🌎🌟

Carmen brings learning to life for her students, including through Will-Moore’s outdoor garden, where students grow fresh, local produce. Her work is also making an impact in the upcoming Mountain Plains Crunch Off, with more than 300 fresh vegetables grown right at Will-Moore ready to be crunched!

Congratulations, Carmen, on this well-deserved recognition. Thank you for creating meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that help our learners thrive!

Today at Career Cafe students met Ricardo Pierre-Louis, author of the book Hunger For Hope and professional soccer player! Kids who signed up for Career Cafe not only heard him speak, they played soccer games with him and received a copy of his book! What a gift to our students and community! 🐾💙🐾💙

1st graders had a special guest yesterday! Our specialist Mrs. Bull😊. She gave a lesson about scuba diving and her experience growing up on a boat 🛥️.
