We’re grateful to Turtle Mountain College for the amazing hospitality and for hosting yesterday’s North Dakota Tribal College System Board of Directors Meeting, kicking off our 2026 Summer Board Meeting Tour!
Throughout the summer, our Board will gather at each of North Dakota’s five Tribal Colleges, providing an opportunity to engage directly with our member institutions, celebrate their unique strengths, and continue advancing our shared mission of expanding educational opportunities for Tribal communities across the state.
Thank you to the leadership and staff at Turtle Mountain College for welcoming us. We look forward to visiting our remaining Tribal Colleges in the months ahead!

The North Dakota Tribal College System (NDTCS) is proud to announce the continuation of our partnership with the NSF AgTech Engine to advance agricultural innovation, workforce development, and resilient food systems across Tribal communities and North Dakota.
Together, we are creating new opportunities for Tribal College students, researchers, and entrepreneurs through culturally relevant AgTech education, research, and workforce pathways.
As part of this next phase, the partnership will support stackable credentialing opportunities through the NDTCS Tribal AgEd Hub platform, including offerings in Ag Business, Sustainable Gardening Methods, traditional food demonstrations, and other workforce-focused trainings that blend traditional ecological knowledge with modern agricultural technologies.
We are excited to continue building a stronger, more resilient future rooted in innovation, culture, and community.
