Dear main campus students,

As a number of you prepare to depart campus to complete your final exams online, Fr. Bouck and I wanted a chance to see you, wish you well, and offer our blessing to you for a safe journey home and a Blessed Advent and Christmas.

Fr. Bouck and I will be in the upper level of Lumen Vitae, just outside the Crow’s Nest, after the 4:30pm Mass tonight and in the same place tomorrow, Friday, after the noon Mass. For those remaining on campus for finals, we’ll have Mass at noon every day next week.

May the peace of Christ rule in your hearts in a special way this Advent and may Christmas bring you joy and rest!

A quick reminder for all F-1 students to check your travel signature on page 2 of your I-20. The signature is good for one calendar year, but it is a good idea to have it signed once a semester. If your current signature is older than August 2020, please stop by International Services for a new signature before the end of next week.

Registration for the upcoming term is coming up fast. Registration for Fall term opens the week of March 23, 2020. Here are the registration open dates by class level:
1. Monday, 3/23 at 6:00 am: Graduate Students, NCAA Athletes, & Seniors (90+ credits)
2. Tuesday, 3/24 at 6:00 am: Juniors (60-89.9 credits)
3. Wednesday, 3/25 at 6:00 am: Sophomores (30-59.9 credits)
4. Thursday, 3/26 at 6:00 am: Freshmen (0-29.9 credits)

Reminder, Thursday, Feb. 27th from 12:15-3:00 in Chick’s Place we will be having our annual Spring Career & Internship Fair.

This is our largest career fair to date with 37 employers participating.

If anyone is in need of service hours we have the Big Band Dance coming up at the end of February. Specifically the 28th. If you would like to sign up, I will include the google doc in here. and below will be the job descriptions. Please let me know if you have any questions?

Career and Internship Fair on Thursday, February 27th from 12:15-3:00 in Chick’s Place. We currently have 33 employers registered for that event!

The normal International Student Organization meeting for this Thursday, Feb. 6 is canceled. Instead, board members will meet in Marauder's Cove at 5 p.m. on Feb. 6. Please attend if you are able.

A note from Jackie...I hope the beginning of the new year has gone well for you. Please attend the International Student Organization's first meeting of the semester this Thursday, January 23rd from 5-6pm. As usual, we will meet in the Student Involvement conference room in the LVUC.
