We hope you are all having a wonderful week! Just a couple of quick housekeeping notes to help keep your documentation running smoothly and ensure you get paid on time:

1️⃣ Daily Logging: Please remember that your meal counts and menus must be recorded by the end of each day. Keeping this up to date daily ensures everything stays compliant and ready to go!

2️⃣ Don't Wait to Submit! Did you know you can submit your monthly claim as soon as you serve your last meal of the month? You do not need to wait until the 5th! ⏰✨

The building where Heartland is located experienced a fire over the weekend. As a result, our phones and internet servers are currently down. We are working to restore services, but in the meantime, you will not be able to reach the Heartland office by phone or email. We will update when we have more information.
