We will be closed tonight (5/15) and Saturday for instructor travel and training.

Save the date - Our annual seminar with Mark Larson Shihan will be held April 4th - 6th in Bismarck with 2 full days of training (Fri and Sat) and a half day of training on Sunday. Please register in advance. Our website will be updated with registration information by Monday 2/24.

We will have all classes this week except the ju-keiko on Tuesday night (New Year's Eve). So, the schedule on the 31st will be kids: 5:30pm-6:30pm and then 13+ 6:30pm - 7:30pm.

We will be closed this Tuesday due to a family event. No classes Dec 10th.

We will be closed this Saturday morning 9/28. No adult class or youth classes.

Tonight is the last day of this week that we will be open. No classes Saturday or Monday. We'll have all classes on Tuesday 8/20 starting at 5pm. See ya tonight and/or have a great weekend!
