Belle's award-winning design, Journey, is more than a blanketβ€”it is a powerful story of love, healing, connection, and resilience. Through her artistry, Belle honors culture, community, and the experiences that shape our journeys.

Now featured as the newest addition to the American Indian College Fund and Pendleton collection, her design will help support Native students pursuing higher education and achieving their dreams.

TOTALLY TRIBES' TUESDAY - 1990

Jenny Azure was the featured in the newsletter spotlight in the January 9, 1990 edition of the UTTC staff/student newsletter. At the time, she worked as the Switchboard Operator in the Administration Building, directing incoming phone calls to their proper location. She was also the first solo parent to attend United Tribes in 1969 when it was known at United Tribes Educational Technical Center and part of the first graduating class in 1970 - Helen Alkire and herself. After graduating, Jenny worked in the Finance Office and the Student Health Center. In the mid-1970s, she was the Director of the Peace Pipe Indian Center in Bismarck. She returned to UTTC to work as the Switchboard Operator in 1989.
