DSU Bismarck Student Education Association recently celebrated the end of the semester by painting giant puzzle pieces representing themselves as individuals. Each piece will be a part of a larger display representing who we are as DSU Bismarck students (and faculty). There are a few puzzle pieces left. Stop by and see Dr. Secord to be a part of this awesome project.

SEA took this beautiful Saturday morning to get familiar with Heaven’s Helpers Soup Cafe. A two hour volunteering stint flew by. We had fun and met some great people.

If you aren’t familiar with Heaven’s Helpers, take a look at their website and consider taking a shift or two to help them provide meals to the Bismarck community.

DSU Bismarck, keep an eye out for our new snack shack! We all need a little brain food sometimes, so look for reasonably priced snacks in the DSU office between classes. Also, please consider signing up for a shift selling snacks, only a fifteen minute commitment as often or as infrequently as you like!

Thank you everyone who came to the Welcome Back event last night! It was a great start to the semester. We will be meeting again in October, so stay tuned.

In the meantime, please welcome new Community Outreach Chair Guy G, Vice President Starla T, and returning President Hope N. If you have any questions about SEA events, be sure to ask these board members or Professor Secord. And keep in mind we still have one board seat to fill. 😉
