Even on a professional development day that does not mean you can't have a bit of fun. The Wachter team turned back the clock today to the 90's and celebrated their "Old School" roots and rocked out some 90's hits. It was "Da Bomb" to join you today.

Today we got to celebrate some pretty important people in our building… Our sixth grade team leaders, Mr. Hanson (Panthers) and Mr. Schafer (Bobcats)! They were both nominated by multiple students and our student council selected both of them for our May teachers of the month. Their students shared many things they love about them and how lucky we are to have them at Wachter. Our student council could not agree more! Congratulations 🎉

The winners of our WMS StuCo sponsored staff appreciation week hallway heist competition… Mrs. Davis, Mr. Hammerstein and Ms. Cass. Sorry, Mrs. Wagner… better luck next year 🎉 Thank you to everyone who participated in the fun. We hope you had a great week!!

We thought the most appropriate way to surprise our teacher of the month was with a banner during marching band practice while getting ready for band night! Congrats, Mr. Augustadt, our April teacher of the month! Your students love you and we appreciate what you do for your students, our school and our student council. Thank you for being great!!!
