In November of 2019, I took a 2-day introductory coaching workshop for a work-related project and discovered a vocation that integrated my ministry experience, my gifts, my values and my passions around supporting others in living vibrant, meaningful lives. Almost 6 years later with 200+ classroom hours, 550+ coaching hours and mentor coaching, I'm excited to announce that I passed the final hurdle known as the ICF Credentialing Exam. I am officially a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation with additional training in leadership coaching, grief coaching, Enneagram coaching, Emotional Intelligence (EQ) assessments and coaching, and the neuroscience of change.

I'm so grateful for those who have supported me along the way, especially the clients who invited me to walk part of their journeys alongside them and allowed me to hone my coaching skills and coaching presence along the way.

Looking forward to continuing this journey of Centered Growth with all of you!
