Cavalier Athletics would like to announce our Booster Club President and Vice President.

Curtis Brunson, President

Hello Cavalier family,

I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself as your Booster Club President . I’m Curtis Brunson and I’m a 1992 alumni of Lee Academy and was born and raised in Lee County. I have been married to Robin Drayton Brunson for 28 years and we have three children Alec(25), Cabot(19) and Calla-Gray(14) currently a Freshman at Lee Academy. I have been employed at Coca-Cola for 31 years and have been a Volunteer Firefighter for Lee County for 26 years. We attend Mt. Elon Baptist Church. If you are looking to get involved with the school, the best way is volunteering to work a gate, concessions or help with a fundraising event. Thank you allowing me to serve as your Booster Club President for this year as we are excited for a great year for our Athletic Department. GO CAVS!!!

Jordon Atkinson, Vice President

I am honored to have been elected Vice President of the Lee Academy Booster Club. I am excited about the opportunity to serve our school and community and look forward to helping grow the Booster Club into an organization that provides meaningful support and opportunities for athletics at Lee Academy. Giving back to a school that has meant so much to my family is a responsibility and an opportunity I am truly grateful for.

I am a proud 2003 graduate of Lee Academy and have always valued the relationships, experiences, and community that Lee Academy has provided me.

After graduating, I spent seven years as an Assistant Golf Professional at Camden Country Club, where I developed a strong appreciation for hard work, leadership, and serving others.

I have been married to my wife, Jessica Davis Atkinson, a 2005 Lee Academy graduate, for 17 years. Together, we are proud parents of three Lee Academy students—Kirkland (10th), Landon (8th), and Harper Atkinson (1st).

Today, I am the owner of Atkinson Construction & Dock Repair LLC and a licensed marine contractor. I take great pride in my work, my family, and my connection to the Lee Academy community.
