The Wesley Foundation at UAB

Alumni of the UAB Wesley are invited to come hang out one last time at the Wesley house for a time of fellowship, a meal, and to get your wall cross at 6:00p on June 7.

For over 4 decades, UAB Wesley Foundation has provided a safe space for students to explore their faith and enjoy fellowship. However, due to lack of funding, UAB Wesley Foundation is no longer able to operate. The board has made the difficult decision to sell the Wesley House and suspend the ministry. Our hearts are broken, and we grieve with all current students, alumni, and the UAB community in this loss of a United Methodist presence for college students in Birmingham. For those that would like to get their Wesley cross from the graduate wall, there will be a dinner for all alumni at the house that will be scheduled at a future date for you to do so. Or you can schedule an appointment to do so as well.
