🙏 | St. Francis Xavier School mourns the loss of our Middle School Math & Science Teacher, Mr. Daniel LaSusa. We share our tremendous gratitude for the love and support shown to our school community this week. Please continue to pray for Mr. LaSusa, his family, and for our students and staff.

Funeral services are planned for this Saturday, September 5th at the Cathedral of St. Paul.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. 🤍

🙏| Today, our kindergarten students had the special opportunity to tour our church with Father JP and Sister Rachel! They explored the sacred spaces of the church, learned more about the beauty and meaning behind what they see at Mass, and had the chance to ask questions along the way!

🙏 | Our 2026-2027 school year theme is "Your Word is a Lamp for my Feet, and a Light for my Path” (Psalm 119:105).

As we begin this new school year, we pray that God’s Word will guide our steps, illuminate our path, and draw us closer to Him. May His Word shape the way we learn, serve, and live each day as we grow together in faith, wisdom, and virtue throughout the year!

And may we always look to Christ to light the way!

FRANCIS XAVIER SAINTS: In place of our previously scheduled New Parent Orientation on Monday (August 17), we invite you to join us for a cup of coffee in the school library on Monday morning immediately after carpool. We will meet in the school library and be there until 8:45.
