The statistics are there: we’re experiencing a maternal mortality rate crisis, especially in ethnic minorities. It’s more critical now than ever that we stay committed to efforts to improve maternal health outcomes. By knowing what’s at stake, collectively we are reminded that we can’t afford to lose any more ground.
