Good Morning ESS Alabama,
Now that we are well into the school year, lets talk about ways to stay safe and healthy.

This time of year one thing is for sure, the rate of sickness is on the rise. With a variety of colds, flus and covid going around it is very important to know the signs and make sure to stay home if you are feeling sick.

A few tips to stay healthy this school year!
1. Always practice good hygiene and wash your hands regularly.
2. Practice social distancing, and don't touch things that are not yours.
3. If you have to cough/sneeze, cover your mouth and nose.
4. Always be prepared by having hand sanitizer, tissues and facemasks on hand in case they are needed.
5. In the classroom, make sure to sanitize regularly by wiping down most commonly touched items like desks and doorknobs.
6. Most Importantly - If you are feeling sick of any type, make sure to stay home!
