Ministry isn’t easy. In fact, some days, it can feel like there’s no sign of change - in our communities, our congregations, or our students.

Today, we want to encourage you - do not grow weary in your well-doing.

Stay faithful, and trust that there is a harvest beyond what you can see right now.

At the end of the day, our ministries will change the communities they’re in, our sermons will touch the theology of a generation, and our patient conversations with hurting students might finally alter the course they’re on, for the better.

Don’t grow weary.

Remember the ones who came before you. We’re talking about the leaders who pointed you to Jesus, taught you His word, and relentlessly moved forward in their own ministry call - regardless of the cost. Remember their faith, and be encouraged to mimic it. Pick up their integrity, their love, and their commitment to truth - to Christ Jesus Himself.

Some days, we can’t spot revival. It almost feels unreachable - because God’s work isn’t always seen in the immediate overflow. Some days, it looks like quiet, incremental growth in these students we lead, and these communities we pastor.

So, don’t give up when you can’t see what He’s doing.
