UAB Color Guard

An integral part of the UAB Marching Blazers, the Color Guard functions
alongside each musical section and helps to contribute to the visual package teamed with the Majorettes and Blazerettes. Directed by Dr. Sue Samuels, the Marching Blazers perform at every home and select away football games and at exhibitions throughout the southeast. Known for their friendly but yet productive atmosphere, the UAB Bands is a welcome place for individuals looking to learn and have fun in the process.
