Collegiate Admission & Retention Solutions (CARS) is a collegiate contact center that services colleges and universities across the country, Canada and Puerto Rico, with admissions, financial aid, career services and student services. Founded in 2004, we have experienced exponential growth each year as the demand for higher education increases. We are currently seeking to add several new members to our current team of 100 + employees. Open positions include Student Information Specialists, Financial Aid Advisors, Student Success Coaches, and Placement Verification Specialists. Student Information Specialist

HIRING NOW START IMMEDIATELY

We are currently recruiting student information specialists to join our team and start work immediately! As a student information specialist you will be the first point of contact in helping others achieve their higher education goals!

You will be responsible for verifying a student’s information and answering general questions about the college or university. We have positions open now!

Responsibilities:
 Deliver scripted information to callers (inbound and outbound)
 Accurately disposition calls
 Stay current on all product knowledge regarding our client schools
 Consistently meet standards for call quality and procedures
Qualifications:
 Previous customer service experience
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Positive and professional demeanor

Full and part time positions are available-very flexible hours. We need candidates that have a flexible schedule and that can work two weekends a month and 1-2 nights per week. Reliable transportation is a must.
$13/hr-hiring and referral bonus !

Bilingual Customer Service – Student Information Specialist

We are currently recruiting bilingual student information specialists to join our team and start work immediately! As a student information specialist you will be the first point of contact in helping others achieve their higher education goals!

You will be responsible for verifying a student’s information and answering general questions about the college or university. We have positions open now!
