In 2024, with the help of a faculty development grant, I launched the inaugural UAB Collat CampBIZ for Birmingham-area high school students. With your help, I can continue this unique and inspiring venture that allows dedicated students from Birmingham and beyond to attend this week-long summer camp. During the week, Birmingham business leaders and UAB Collat experts help campers hone their business skills in workshops on communication, business research, economics, entrepreneurship, finance, global innovation, information systems, leadership, marketing, and more.
