Leaders are learners.

Last weekend, Master Scarsella & Ms. Jessica had the honor of being part of the World Class Summit, where 45 World Class Masters from around the country came together to learn from the founder of World Class Tae Kwon Do, Grandmaster Sun Ki Chong.

Throughout the weekend, we trained together, learned from each other, listened to seminars and classroom development, and were reminded of how amazing our extended World Class family is.

In our schools, you see amazing Masters and instructors making a positive impact on students, and you become close with your training partners and classmates. This phenomenon is happening all over the country with 10’s of thousands of students in dozens and dozens of World Class schools.

We are proud to continue striving to be our best and representing our World Class lineage and the philosophies our founder has instilled in us as students and teachers.

The World Class Way reminds us to pursue progress and improvement in all areas of our life by working hard and positivity. We are proud to teach these concepts through our Tae Kwon Do training.

We know our color belt students and Black Belts have noticed our new warm-up protocol with even more functional fitness movements, calisthenics and conditioning incorporated in!
Take a look at how to correctly do one of our favorite 😉 moves... the burpee!
Why add in even more fitness drills into our classes?
1. Physically taking care of our body is a way to show respect to ourselves and remind us to be grateful for our abilities to move!
2. When movements are "tough" or "hard" they teach us about resilience, grit and perserverance.
