Last night’s class worked on form, structure, punch mechanics, core defenses and trapping — all setting the Wing Chun foundations.

Regular Hardcore Wing Chun classes will begin this week on Wednesday, June 7th, 2023 starting at 6:00 PM, and continue every week at the same time. Classes will cover a broad range of skills, techniques and concepts. Most sessions are a progression through developing the Wing Chun forms, solo technical work and partner drills. Along the way we’ll review important Wing Chun concepts and theory. We look forward to training with you soon!
