Every year, our students showcase their creative talent and learning progress in a Grand Buffet. This year's showcase was top-notch. We are so proud of each of these students, and all of their hard work as a whole, for their dedication to learning their craft. The classes included in this event: the Garde Manger class, Foundations of Baking class, Advanced Baking (Sugar Arts) class, and the Chocolate and Truffles class. Congratulations students and Faculty on another semester completed!

Job Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation practices related to food preparation, presentation, and distribution
• Understanding of personal sanitation and hygiene regulations
• Proficiency in following verbal and written instructions, procedures, and safety standards
• Must successfully pass a background check
• Experience in food preparation preferred

Job Requirements:
• Involves preparing and serving nutritious meals to students, ensuring food safety and sanitation, and maintaining a clean working environment
• Follow food preparation and serving guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and cafeteria areas to uphold safety and health regulations
• Report any equipment malfunctions and maintain all areas and equipment in a sanitary and safe condition, adhering to health standards
• Participate in training as required to stay informed and perform job duties effectively
• Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to support the overall operations of the school lunch program
