Remind your student about the Annual UAB Off-Campus Housing Fair that will take tomorrow, Wednesday, March 5, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the Campus Green. This will be a great opportunity for your student to learn about off-campus housing options and resources.
Over 40 Off-Campus Housing partners will be in attendance. Your student will learn about off-campus housing options and meet representatives from the various off campus housing properties. In addition, students will be able to engage with hundreds of other students and hopefully find a potential roommate. Giveaways and snacks will be available at various tables. Plus, student can register to win amazing prizes.

If so, remind your student to visit the Annual UAB Off-Campus Housing Fair that will take place on Wednesday, March 5, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the Campus Green. This will be a great opportunity for your student to learn about off-campus housing options and resources.

University Recreation is hosting a night of fun, food, and firepit vibes. 🔥Students are invited to kick off the unofficial opening of the Dragon Deck Patio with an epic Friday Night Live event at UAB URec! Blazers will enjoy a bonfire-inspired atmosphere with games for everyone, interactive photobooths, and the perfect late-night snacks—sliders, chips, hot cocoa, and s’mores.

Remind your students that tomorrow UAB Campus Dining is thrilled to invite everyone to our annual Mardi Gras Celebration at The Commons on the Green from11am to 2pm. This lively event will feature a variety of Mardi Gras favorites, from Crawfish Étouffée to Beignets, alongside live music from the UAB Jazz Band. Hosted by Student Health Services, Student Assistance & Support, Student Engagement & Enrichment, the Career Center, and UAB Arts in Medicine, this event offers students a chance to relax and express themselves through a variety of activities. From a sip and paint class to yoga, dance, and a fashion show, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Encourage your student to take a break, unwind, and explore their artistic side in a fun and supportive environment!
After the Arts Night, remind your student to attend Blaze the Runway, a one of a kind fashion show event. The first 100 students get VIP experience.
