Now today was a great day! Our scholars were selected to serve for 's annual Senior Christmas Concert. Our scholars worked alongside .on19 to serve hundreds of guests!
Our scholars displayed a professional level of service, receiving compliments all throughout service!
In our Culinary Arts program, we are preparing our scholars for the workplace TODAY! Chef McIntyre is extremely proud of his students and how well they upheld the standard.

Wow wow WOW! We want to thank our amazing PTSA for their donation to the Parker Pantry. If you didn't know, the Parker pantry is our initiative to help our scholars be the best they can by supplying them with extra resources.
Studies show that if a student goes hungry, they are less likely to do well in school. At Parker we are working to remove this barrier and ensure our scholars can achieve at the highest level!

Each week, students take on real industry roles- Chef de Cuisine, Line Cook, Expo, and more-learning what it takes to keep a kitchen running smoothly under pressure.
It's more than just cooking... it's leadership, service, and a shared passion for excellence.

Week one of Al Dente @ The Bison Café is officially in the books! Our scholars rolled up their sleeves to prep, plate, and serve a full pasta experience — complete with fresh handmade pasta, two delicious sauces, homemade focaccia, and a crisp garden salad. From classroom to kitchen, they’re getting workforce ready one service at a time. 🍝💪🏾

✨ Congratulations to our Culinary Scholars on the soft opening of “Al Dente”! ✨
For the next 8 weeks, they’ll take on the ultimate workforce readiness challenge — running their very own restaurant.
Today’s debut menu featured a creamy lemon pepper pasta, a fresh garden salad, and homemade focaccia bread 🍋🥗🍞 — all crafted from scratch by our scholars.
🍝 With such an incredible start, their talent and teamwork are proof that these future industry leaders are well on their way to greatness!
