Sometimes improvements take a while. No one person is the same and that goes for these littles as well. I've been working with a little now for several weeks and bless it. He is as cute as a button but definitely gives his mom and I a run for our money. I am not a night nanny that promises to have your little sleeping by a certain time or uses the snoo, moms on call or any of that stuff. I go by the babies personal needs, strengths, and weaknesses. This little one had gas, latching issues both with bottles and mom feeding. My mom was tired and frustrating but I just told her to hold on! Trust the process!

We went from a not so great beginning to last night he slept until 3:37am I put his paci in and he woke up at 5:03! Won't he do it!!!! He took his bottle, and went back to sleep easy! (Usually it takes an hour or more to get him to go back down)

So proud of my little and this mom for trusting ME and the process. Sometimes it's not about how fast you can get a little to sleep but working with that little to overcome things that are beyond their control and keep fighting for them and helping them until a change comes!
