SENIOR SPOTLIGHT:⭐️ERIC ROHWER⭐️

FAVORITE MEMORY: My favorite memories definitely come from TB retreat! I loved getting to know all of the New Wave members and being able to hangout with everyone on the team!

COLLEGE ADVICE: Make sure to take breaks! College is a lot of fun, but it is also a marathon and not a sprint, so make sure to enjoy the process and take care of yourself!

FAVORITE MEMORY: Swimming in the lake during retreat and getting sushi after event days

COLLEGE ADVICE: Don’t be afraid to try something new and don’t be afraid to say no or leave things behind. It’s a delicate balance, but one that you’ll have lots of opportunities to work on in college

FAVORITE MEMORY: I really enjoyed getting to do the retreat with everyone. It was a great way to connect with the team and make really fun memories together. All the activities and games were a great way to bond, and it truly got me closer to the people on the team. It was great being able to carry through those friendships throughout the year!

COLLEGE ADVICE: It’s okay to make mistakes. Often times, we go through life with a clear cut path that we want to take and follow, which makes it really hard to bounce back when you fall short. I want everyone to know that it is normal for things to look different than planned and everything happens for a reason. Embrace the uncomfortableness and know that it’s perfectly okay to make a mistake, as long as you get back after!

FAVORITE MEMORY: running into the cvc for a quick second and somehow always ending up staying way longer laughing on the floor or chit chatting away 💚

COLLEGE ADVICE: Do it scared. Don’t let the fear of a what if stop you from putting yourself out there. Make time for the things you love. Find what fills your cup and really go all in. Build real connections with your team and the people around you. These moments shape you - have so much fun!!

FAVORITE MEMORY: It’s impossible to pick just one. The travel trips, karaoke at the retreat, and working the tour table on event days all stand out. But honestly, the best part has just been the people. I’ve loved every minute with this team.

COLLEGE ADVICE: Step out of your comfort zone and take chances on yourself. Get involved, try new things, and meet new people, because some of the best parts of college come from the moments you never planned for.
