Area 12 Toastmasters, let’s close the 2025–2026 Toastmasters year with a story!

We are planning an Area 12 Year-End Field Trip to attend The Moth StorySLAM: “American Dreams” on Monday, June 22, at Saturn Birmingham.

The Moth StorySLAM is a live storytelling event where participants share true, personal, five-minute stories based on the evening’s theme.

This is not a Toastmasters contest. It is a chance to listen, learn, connect, and experience storytelling in a fresh format.

Come for the fellowship. Come for the inspiration. And who knows? Maybe one of our Toastmasters will put their name in the hat!

Please let your club leaders know by June 1 if you may be interested so we can coordinate tickets, dinner, and carpooling.
