This weeks tip: Take time everyday to find something to be grateful for. The tendency is to focus on all the things you think are going wrong. By doing this, you often are tempted to look past all the things that aren't. One of my doctors once told me....Kim....you know everybody has something to deal with. I suppose that's true...challenges always arise because life is life. It's not the challenge that breaks you...it's what you don't do with it!
