Families of students receiving Special Education Services are invited to Transition Community Resource Fair, which will take place on Thursday, May 30 from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Lincoln Professional Development Center.

Come out and receive valuable information and resources, including SSI/SSDI benefits, employment, colleges/day programs, independent living/housing, and many more, from over 25 agencies to help explore options that will support your child during school and after high school. We’ll also have a gift card drawing!

WVTM 13 joins Better Basics in promoting literacy in classrooms across Central Alabama On Thursday, WVTM 13 employees had the pleasure of joining more than two dozen volunteers at Tuggle Elementary School to show even the youngest minds the value of reading a good book.

The Tiger Band received “Excellent “ ratings at the 47th Annual All City Band Evaluation.
