Here's how it works :
📚 Each week, we'll highlight a book from our STAIR Book List >> you head to stairbirmingham.org/bookdrive and scroll to the Thank You Books site link.
👌 Order a book (or a few!) and choose In Store Pick Up at checkout.
❤ Thank You Books will hold your order in store for us to pick them up for our students!

"REWARDING" : one of the most common descriptors used by tutors about their time as a STAIR volunteer. Helping a child learn to read is truly life changing for them, but it's also so rewarding for the tutor.

School is wrapping up - but we are WINDING up for a Summer Reading List challenge!
In case you didn't know, STAIR gives every single student in our program 10-12 books each year to keep for their very own. This gives them opportunity to read at home, have their family read with them, and yes, read during the summer months when the risk for learning loss is harder on some than others.
If you want to help us fill their bags for those Summer Reading List, STAY TUNED! We will share the details for participating next week.
