Macrobiotics Marin will serve as a academy teaching the universal principles taught by George Oshawa, passed on to Michio and Aveline Kushi, the founders of the natural food movement in America. A non-credo education for world peace, the gifts of macrobiotics "large life" is to support an understanding of a way of life to promote pea

ce within, that promotes peace to the world. Guest speakers and educators will share a wisdom of healthy lifestyle that can support one's constitution, healthy direction, and create a strong internal core in order to follow your dream. Yin and yang principles are applied to this universal understanding and through Macrobiotic Marin Academy, you will learn a simple way of life that promotes seasonal eating, environmental awareness, healthy home, healthy heart, and compassion. Community, cooking classes, meditation, sound healing, nine-star ki, shiatsu, and more, will be part of our sharing this ancient wisdom. May you live in peace, May you abide aligned with the natural order of life, and may you understand the simplicity of wisdom, in all cells of your being.
