This full-time, 12-month position provides high-level administrative support to the Superintendent and serves as a key point of contact for district staff, the Board of Education, families, students, and the community.

We’re looking for someone who is:
✨ Highly organized and detail-oriented
✨ A strong communicator
✨ Professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive matters
✨ Skilled at managing multiple priorities and working independently
✨ Experienced in executive-level administrative support

Five years of executive secretary or executive assistant experience is preferred.

Every school day counts! Missing a day here and there may not seem like a big deal, but those absences can quickly add up—and have a real impact on a student’s learning.

As our graphic shows, missing just 2 days a month can mean missing 20 days of school in a year. At 4 days a month, that number doubles to 40 days.

Regular attendance helps students stay connected to their teachers, classmates, lessons, and school community. 💙

Let’s work together to make every school day count and help our Blazers build strong attendance habits for a successful school year!
