Infant room: 6 weeks to 16 month
Toddler room: 14 month to 3 years
Preschool room: 3 years to Kindergarten

What a fun week at the Renville County Fair!

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by the TLF booth and took a little time to say hello! We loved getting to connect with so many families and community members.

Our TLF learners also got to enjoy some fair fun of their own! They visited the animals, explored the fair, and even had a few learners take part in the Kids Tractor Pull. Some of our little competitors even came home with trophies!

We love getting out into our community and making these fun memories together. Thank you for making it such a great fair week!

Our toddler learners are always finding little ways to learn together!

These friends enjoyed flipping through books together, looking at the pictures and exploring their favorite stories. Even simple moments like these help build early language, communication, and social skills while encouraging a love of books and learning.

The Renville County Fair is officially underway!

If you're at the fair this week, be sure to stop by and find The Learning Funhouse booth! We've got a fun puzzle waiting for you. While you're there, come say hello and learn more about infant and toddler care at TLF. We currently have openings for little learners ages 6 weeks through 33 months.

Stop by, say hi, work on the puzzle, and ask us about childcare! We can't wait to see you at the fair!

Rainy day? No problem!

When the weather keeps us inside, the fun doesn't stop at TLF! Our school-age learners stayed busy with fort building and parachute games, while our PreK learners got their energy out with hula hoops, tunnels, climbers, and an indoor obstacle course. Small groups rotated through each gross motor activity, keeping everyone moving and having fun.

Miss Alissa and Miss Alysa even tried to show off their hula hoop skills... but let's just say our quick little learners might have shown them a thing or two!

Keeping our bodies moving is important no matter the weather, and our learners always find a way to make the most of every day.

Fair week is here!

The Learning Funhouse will be at the Renville County Fair from August 12–14, and we'd love to see you there!

If you're spending time at the fair, be sure to stop by our booth. It's a great opportunity to learn more about TLF, pick up information about our programs, and ask any questions you may have. We'll also have information available about our current infant and toddler openings.

Our toddler learners have been making the most of playtime!

Outside, they enjoyed playing with friends and taking their toy cars for a few "drives." Back inside, they kept the fun going by building their own train and car tracks together.

Whether they're playing indoors or out, activities like these help build creativity, problem-solving skills, fine motor development, and social skills, all while learning through play.

Our PreK learners have been diving into all things under the sea!

Over the past few weeks, they've been busy creating some fin-tastic ocean-themed artwork. Using sea creature stencils and sponge paints, our learners designed colorful underwater masterpieces full of creativity and imagination.

They also enjoyed an interactive jellyfish craft that brought fun and learning together. First, they painted their jellyfish with cotton balls to create a unique texture. Then, they practiced their counting skills by matching numbers and adding the correct number of beads to each jellyfish te****le.

From painting and creating to counting and problem-solving, our PreK learners have been having a whale of a time exploring our under-the-sea theme!

Another fun Water Day is in the books at TLF!

Our PreK and school-age learners had an absolute blast cooling off with a day full of water fun. From the "waterslide" and sprinkler to limbo and a water balloon toss, there was no shortage of laughter and smiles!

The fun didn't stop with the learners. Staff members Michaela, Alissa, Alysa, and Abby joined right in on the action, making the day even more memorable.

Summer at TLF wouldn't be complete without days like these!
