Last day here at our CTE summer camp! During the last two weeks students learned about different trades such as Culinary, HERO, Auto body, Masonry, Electrical, Cosmetology and Criminal Justice! Yesterday we had from the left Ty-wan Carter from Johnson City CSD Matvii yarema from Maine-Endwell Central School District Jonah heard from Chenango Valley Central School District and Brayden Bryan from Union-Endicott Central School District win our Broome-Tioga BOCES Summer STEAM popsicle bridge competition! The boys were able to build a structure that held 25 lbs for over 10 seconds with minimal supplies! Good job guys!

Students from Chenango Valley Central School District are working on building a bridge out of popsicles! The trick is students are limited on the amount of supplies they can use and the group that builds the bridge to with stand the weight with the least amount of glue and popsicle sticks wins!
