At Caterpillar, we become more than just a class, daycare or preschool — we become family. We love first, then educate. I’ve always believed that before a child can truly be successful, they must feel safe, secure, and LOVED. Education is very important, but love is the foundation that makes learning possible.

These children are hugged every single day, encouraged every day, and reminded that they matter every day. When children know they are loved, they gain confidence, build trust, and are able to grow in ways far beyond academics. I honestly believe that’s why they are so successful when they reach kindergarten. They leave Caterpillar not only smarter, but happier, more confident, and knowing they are family.💚🐛🐛💚

Miss Hailey, our director, keeps the program running smoothly each and every day with dedication, organization, and a true passion for the children, staff, and families she serves. Her leadership creates a positive environment where everyone feels supported and valued.

Mrs. T is always ready to step up whenever needed, filling in wherever she can with grace, dependability, and a willingness to help.

Together, they show what true leadership looks like—teamwork, commitment, and always putting the needs of the center first. Their hard work does not go unnoticed, and our Center is stronger because of them. Most importantly they have LOVE for all of our babies.

Today, we had fun making hats out of styrofoam cups for the leprechauns. When the leprechauns came to visit, they shrank their hats to their size.
