Prepared, Not Scared is a ladies-only session (ages 16+) focused on building awareness, confidence, and practical personal safety skills in everyday life.

We’ll talk through local crime trends in a grounded, factual way—not to create fear, but to build understanding. From there, we’ll explore situational awareness, non-lethal personal protection tools, and how to think through a simple, personal protection plan that fits your daily routines.

This is not about living in fear. It’s about moving through the world with clarity, confidence, and calm readiness.

Topics include:
• Situational awareness in everyday environments
• Overview of non-lethal protective tools and options
• Understanding local safety considerations
• Building a personal protection plan that makes sense for you

The goal is simple: confidence that feels steady, not loud.
