Come out every Mon and Wed at 4:45 and get your sweat on with us. All fitness levels, and bring the kids too. Will be doing FREE Wellness Profiles to give you all your starting numbers the first day. Get there a little early if you can. We will be on the corner of Bayview and Forrest Ave., overlooking the beautiful Back Bay.
