Biloxi Oyster Company

We’ve been busy building an oyster hatchery and we’re ready for the world to see! 🦪 This has been a labor of love, dedication, and a whole lot of trial and error. We are so grateful for our friends at USM and Auburn for always being available to answer a call or an email. You guys, and the many others that have helped us, are rock stars! We are dedicated to restoring the oyster population and educating the next generation of oyster farmers on the importance of this work.

This photo is our very first successful batch of oysters grown from the microscopic level. We didn’t give up when it got hard and it paid off! Soon, these very oysters will be ready to hit the farm. We are proud of what we do and so excited to share it with all of you! 🦪🌊 Buckle up, because it’s quite the wild ride when you’re at the mercy of Mother Nature 😎.
