Hey hive mind, any idea why the lightning turned black when my student photographed it??? Five second shutter speed…taken on a Nikon 1 that is probably almost as old a he is! Negative of the original photo for reference on what lightning is supposed to look like! :) twenty other photos he took were all normal.
