Buttons and Bows Childcare – Preschool and Daycare Billings MT Buttons & Bows Childcare is a licensed and insured childcare center providing services for children ages 6 weeks-12 years of age. We offer a preschool program for children ages 2 to 5 and an after-school program for children ages 6-12. We are open Monday-Friday from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm.
