It’s not everyday that you get to learn from a professional Russian ballerina…🩰

But it was last Thursday that our Company Team Dancers did! 🧑🏼‍🩰

We were honored to host Mr. Valery Lantratov for a few masterclasses at our studio last week.

Mr. Lantratov is a former principal ballet dancer with the Moscow Stanislavsky Ballet and Kremlin Ballet and general director of the Russian National Ballet Foundation.

He holds a teaching certificate with Russia's renowned National Academy of Theatrical Arts and was also a guest artist with the Portland Ballet and the Boston Ballet.

In 1997, Russian president Boris Yeltsin named Mr. Lantratov “People’s Artist of Russia," the Russian Federation’s highest artistic honor. In 1993 Lantratov formed the Russian National Ballet Foundation and has toured as a solo guest artist all over the world.

We feel very honored to have worked with him and learned from him. 👯‍♀️🖤

If you're a new student planning to join us for the 2026-2027 season, here's some tips we have for our OPEN REGISTRATION event September 1-3 from 4:30-7:30 at our studio...

1. Come early! The earlier in the week you come, the more chances you'll have at securing a spot in the class you want. ⏰

2. Pick some back up classes! Once a class is full, we can no longer add anymore dancers to it. We have tons of options for each age range, so we highly recommend coming with a Plan B...and maybe even a Plan C! 😉

3. Save yourself some time and download the registration form from our website homepage! 👩🏻‍💻

This week is our FINAL WEEK of Returning Student registration. 💃🩰

Returning students are ANY students that have ever registered with us previously! Including Mommy & Me kiddos, summer kiddos and dancers who maybe took a few seasons off!

We will be there Monday-Thursday 5:30-7:30 PM taking Returning Student registrations.

NEW STUDENTS can join us September 1-3 from 4:30-7:30 PM to register.

All classes are First Come First Served until they fill up, so we always recommend attending first day if possible!

Office hours are Tuesday-Thursday 5:30-7:15 PM through the week of August 10!

You can join us for our GRAND RE-OPENING and New Student Registration September 1-3 from 4:30-7:30 PM at our studio location.

All dancers who join us for our registration period will receive 1/2 OFF their one-time registration fee, making it just $12! 🤯

Our community pantry FINALLY has a permanent home outside. 🥰

This pantry is located at 1038 Main St. Suite 1 and is meant to help families in need access necessities like non-perishable food items, and even hygiene items! 🥫🍚🪥🧼

It is fully stocked and ready to serve whoever needs it. 🫶🏻

Please remember to only take what you currently need, so that we can help as many people as possible! And of course, help us keep helping others by taking good care of our sweet pantry. 🥰

We've been keeping a little secret. 🤫

As our studio continues to grow, our facility needs to follow suit! When our neighbors moved in October we jumped at the opportunity to expand to better serve our dancers and their needs.

STUDIO C is now loading...

Although we originally intended to let the kids see this surprise for the first time in person, we aren't as wrapped up with construction as we were hoping to be by this point. 🚧

🫘 This means we're spilling the beans now, and also asking for everyone's grace and understanding as we navigate these first few weeks of summer classes while also finishing up some BIG projects. 🛠️

Yes, it's a little messy and a little unfinished and nowhere near perfect...but soon it will be! And we promise, it will all be worth it.

(Side note, Studios A and B will also be getting BRAND NEW FLOORS at the end of summer. Just a few more weeks of dancing on the old, before we bring in the new!)

Thanks for weathering the in-between with us, we can't wait to fill this new space with dancers! 😍
