Soaking in all those last-minute summer memories at our favorite little playground at McKinley school 🏫

So weird to think that after this week, we will be back down to the amount of original kiddos that I started with two years ago. I started in spring of 2024, with four kids. It bumped up to 10 kiddos by the end of my first summer.
I was licensed for 22 children when Emery was back at work with me(added infants). I’m proud of everything that I’ve done the last two years. I have served over 70 families. I wrote down each child in a notebook tonight and it just warmed my heart 💝

Yes, so many families have moved on to different programs with me announcing the closure, but it is sad for my heart to know that I will be closing my doors within the next month.

I am closing the daycare as of September 25th.
All families are leaving on a good note with tons of memories. I am just stepping back from boss woman and into motherhood instead

Brennon and I decided I am staying at home now with Sweet Emery 🥰💕🦙Excited for this next chapter and being home with the my girl

Saddened by the decision, but also know that I will enjoy this next chapter in a different way.
