Creative Minds got a MAJOR face lift🥰

As we grow, our program grows with us! Take a look at our whole new setting that our kiddos (and our families) are completely obsessed with! Our home away from home is complete with a whole new color scheme, natural textures and wood based toys, a dinosaur habitat, outdoor mud kitchen, cozy library center, a supermarket, memory foam cribs, oversized soft blocks, wood chip playground, and so much more!

Sail boat themed log sandbox is coming soon! (Just need to add the sand😂) As well as a shaded outdoor patio area!

Wow...it’s been a while! So prepare for a major photo dump and an update on what’s been going on here at Creative Minds!

In July 2020, our director, Melissa was diagnosed with Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia. She was immediately hospitalized for 8 weeks and continued her treatment journey from home. She’s doing well as of now and fingers crossed she can be done with treatments and in full remission soon🤞🏻

Luckily, with the help of her daughter, her (considered) daughter in law, and all the families we were able to keep things rolling in the daycare/preschool program! No amount of COVID or Cancer can keep us from having fun and learning🙌🏻

Here’s some photos of just a few of the memorable times we’ve had at CM since our last post in May. The kids enjoyed summer like any child should, in the sun! Lots of water play! We’ve done themed projects, letters of the week, science experiments, plenty of dance parties, pj/pizza parties for holidays, and countless art projects! And the most exciting project of them all...a total remodel of our preschool room! The kids are LOVING the changes!

We have watched babies grow to toddlers, toddlers grow to pre-schoolers, and soon our preschoolers will be off to kindergarten!🥺
