We've recently bid farewell to Annie Hasiak, former Vice President of Culture & Innovation. Her transition to a sunnier coast has provided the Boys & Girls Clubs of Yellowstone County an opportunity to make improvements to our staff structure, and also provide growth opportunities for our dedicated staff!

🌟Please join us in congratulating Daniel, Vice President, Mission Support, and Nick, Vice President, Culture & Innovation, as they enter new roles at Club! We are excited to see the impact they will make in this new era!

🌟Daniel joined the Boys & Girls Clubs of Yellowstone County in June 2025. He retired from the United States Marine Corps in 2018 after 21 years of service. Since retiring from the USMC, Daniel has attended the University of Montana, Missoula and Montana State University, Billings. In his free time, Daniel likes to build web sites and web applications and keep up on current web development technologies. Daniel attended the Boys & Girls Club as a kid when the Bair Family Clubhouse was brand new and is excited to be back!

🌟Nick Enslow has had a passion for working with youth from an early age. In high school at Robert Service High School, in Anchorage, AK where he spent most of his formative years, he coached little league baseball with his dad and worked at a local youth development program working with elementary aged children. In college Nick began his professional journey with Club as a volunteer at the Castle Rock Clubhouse. Once he graduated from Montana State University - Billings with degrees in Elementary Education and Mathematics, he couldn't imagine doing anything different than working at the Boys and Girls Clubs. After 17 years working on the floor helping to provide direct service and then leadership for our Clubhouses, Nick is now stepping into the role of Vice President of Culture & Innovation. Having spent those 17 years under the tutelage of the legendary Annie Hasiak, Nick hopes to continue her legacy by providing support, leadership, creativity and compassion to all the members, families and staff who call the Club their place.

Dear Parents & Community Members,

We have had numerous conversations today as parents attempted to get their children registered for the upcoming school year, and unfortunately too many were with parents who were not able to secure one of the few spots we had available at Castle Rock and Medicine Crow. I realize the bind not getting your child into the Club puts each family in, and while no words will ease that pressure, I want to share why we limited our enrollment numbers and why some parents had trouble getting signed up.

We Need More Staff

As we begin to transition from the summer to school year programs, and many of our college age staff head back to school, we have 17 part-time vacancies scattered among our Clubhouses, with quite a few at our Castle Rock and Medicine Crow Clubhouses. Regardless of how capable our team is, I simply cannot allow more members to enroll than we have the people to safely provide the highest quality experience for.

Please Help Us: If you refer an individual to the Club, who is hired to fill a part-time vacancy, we will enroll your child(ren) and waive the school year registration fee. Changes to MyClubHub Registration

We did make changes to the MyClubHub registration process, which was a response to past efforts by individuals to "game the system" and register their child for any open slot, regardless of grade level. The change we made to the system, which caused almost every issue today, is that the grade in the child's profile must match the grade-level the child is being registered for.

We have been proactive in our efforts to communicate the impact of this change, using multiple methods to communicate with current and former parents as well as those on the various wait lists. Each communication urged parents to review the accuracy of their child(ren)'s previously entered profile information, especially their grade level for the upcoming school year. Unfortunately, nearly every call regarding a problem a child's registration was related to the grade levels not matching.

On behalf of our team, I would like to apologize again for not being able to enroll every child whose family needs the Club, and I ask each of you to help us find more GREAT people to hire, and your patience while we work through that process so we can safely enroll more children and teens.

The Workforce Development Program Manager is responsible for developing and implementing career exploration and readiness programs and strategies and providing support to middle and high school students across the Boys & Girls Clubs of Yellowstone County. A lot of work goes into making our Club experience a GREAT one, and in the summer it can be especially challenging to coordinate and execute every part of it. We're grateful for the partnerships we've made along the way that help make our services stand out! 🍌

Join Our Team! The Boys & Girls Clubs of Yellowstone County has a full time Membership Data Specialist position open.

In this role, the Specialist will ensure the accuracy of our membership data in the organization’s program software. Build memberships, groups, reports, and financial plans; maintain membership and staff records; update parent portal for remote registration and parent communication; maintain the front desk/entry area, train front desk support staff, support VPs and Club Directors with membership reporting, greet and direct visitors.
